38Fundraiser.
Date: June 20th 2026
Venue: AND1357 - 1357 Dundas St W.
Why We’re Fundraising
38 is raising funds to support our upcoming film screening and exhibition, 38Unmuted, a space centered around Black creativity, storytelling, and honest conversations through art, film, music, fashion, and community. This fundraiser helps us cover production costs for the exhibition, support creative collaborators, secure accessible community spaces, and continue building platforms where emerging artists and storytellers can be seen and heard.More than an event, this is about creating spaces where Black art, creativity, and community are valued loudly and intentionally
What to Expect
The fundraiser will be an intimate evening of art, storytelling, music, and community. Guests will get a closer look into the vision behind 38 and the upcoming 38Unmuted exhibition and film screening.
Throughout the event, you can expect:
-
A preview of The Negotiation Space documentary
-
Live music and creative performances
-
Artwork, photography, and visual storytelling
-
Conversations with creatives and community members
-
Food, drinks, and local Black-owned brands
-
A chance to connect with artists, filmmakers, and supporters of the creative community

Most importantly, the fundraiser is a space to gather, support creative voices, and be part of something growing within Toronto’s creative community.
